It’s almost the end of January and what a month it was. It was really fun with a lot of fun interesting projects and activities the school provided.

You might be wondering how did the school provide these activities, and that’s when the student council comes in. The student council is a group in which they create and plan various activities and today I will be sharing with you all the activities the student council has done in this new school year. So far the student council has done a lot of of planning and executing and I will be sharing them today.

The first big activity the student council did was the bake sale. We baked and sold baked goods such as cookies, cakes and more. It was really fun setting up the bake sale and even funnier when we accomplished our mission. Like most bake sales this was for a cause and this time we did it to raise money for Palestine. We even managed to raise over 150 KD in just one day!

As of right now the student council has been busy planning our next activities, like field trips and a super special activity for Kuwait National Day that you don’t want to miss but the activity that I want to focus on today is Iftar saim. if you are wondering what that is well its similar to the bake sale but instead of baked goods we will be selling national food like shawarmas and stuff like that also like last year we will be raising money to donate to poor people. This activity will be taking place close to Ramadan. That’s all the activities we have planned so far. I hope you’ve enjoyed them as much as we did.
